The purpose of the Chapter Advisory Board, here after referred to as (CAB), is to provide a specific Alumni entity that provides a specific one on one mentor for each executive position in the active chapter.  The two year term of the CAB mentor shall work closely with that officer to help transition, train and teach him the best practices of that position.  The CAB member does NOT need to be an alumni.  They can be anyone with knowledge and interest in helping to guide Beta Omicron Chapter of Theta Chi.  The Positions of the active chapter that require a CAB counterpart are:

President (Chapter Advisor)
Vice President
Vice President of Health and Safety
Marshal
Treasurer
Secretary
Recruitment 
Scholarship 

The three other CAB positions are:

University Alumni & Public Relations Chairperson
